How to request and use the Cross Voucher

In case of cancellation, please request the Cross Voucher by contacting the hotel where your prepaid booking was made;

  • You will receive from the headquarters of Best Western Italy, a digital voucher in pdf with the amount of your prepaid booking;
  • To book your next stay and use your Cross Voucher credit:
    • Visit bestwestern.it or the hotel’s website, or
    • Contact the hotel directly, or
    • Call the Best Western Reservations Office on the Toll-Free number 800 177 850;
  • After booking, write an e-mail to marketing-support@bwhhotelgroup.it confirming that you would like to pay the total or partial amount of your stay with the Cross Voucher;
  • Show the Cross Voucher or the ID number at check-in.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Cross Voucher can be used to pay for your stay at Best Western Hotels in Italy, excluding excluding Best Western Hotel Cappello D'Oro (Bergamo), Best Western Hotel Piemontese (Bergamo), Best Western City Hotel (Bologna), Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo (Catania), Best Western Plus Hotel Perla del Porto (Catanzaro Lido), Best Western Hotel City (Milan), BW Signature Collection Devero Hotel & Spa (Milan/Cavenago di Brianza), Best Western Plus Hotel Monza e Brianza Palace (Milan/Cinisello Balsamo), Best Western Hotel Plaza (Naples), San Severino Park Hotel & Spa, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western (Salerno/Mercato San Severino), Best Western Hotel San Marco (Siena), Best Western Hotel Genio (Turin), BW Premier Collection Grand Hotel Royal (Viareggio).
  • If you would like to pay with your Cross Voucher you will have to communicate it at the moment of booking and provide the voucher details by writing an e-mail to marketing-support@bwhhotelgroup.it. If this action is not taken, the hotel might not accept your Cross Voucher.
  • The Cross Voucher can only be used for bookings made through bestwestern.it, the individual websites of the BW hotels, the BW Reservations Office, or directly with the hotel. The Voucher cannot be used for stays booked with online travel agencies and other channels.
  • The Cross Voucher or the ID number must be shown at check-in to pay the total or partial amount of your stay and/or other hotel services. The amount used will be deducted from the voucher. If the credit of the voucher exceeds the amount of the stay, a new voucher will be issued with the remaining credit. If the voucher credit is not sufficient, another type of payment is required.
  • The Cross Voucher should be used to pay for a single stay at one Best Western hotel. If this is not possible, or if there is still residual credit, please write to marketing-support@bwhhotelgroup.it to request a new voucher with the remaining credit.
  • Cross Vouchers can be combined to pay for the same stay and/or services.
  • The Cross Voucher cannot be used for promotional reservations where advance payment is requested.
  • The Cross Voucher cannot be used as a form of guarantee for room reservations.
  • Cross Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Cross Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash in part or other substitutions and no change will be given.
  • The Cross Voucher is valid until 31 December 2021. When expired, the Cross Voucher will be annulled and no longer accepted.
