HOW TO USE THE CADEAU
Choose when and where to stay among participating Best Western hotels in Italy, listed below.
To book, call the Best Western Reservation Center at least 7 days prior to arrival at the Best Western Toll-Free Number +39 800 177850 (from 8 am to 8 pm - Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays), providing the codes indicated on the voucher.
Leave for your Best Western holiday and pay your stay by showing your voucher at check-in (excluding extras).
The Cadeau is valid until 31 December 2024, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. For promotional activities and special partnerships, the expiry date indicated on the voucher applies.
The Voucher can only be used once and, if not used by the expiry date, it cannot be refunded.
* The Cadeau can be used to book a Smart Working Room, as an alternative to the stay, in the participating hotels in Italy where this type of room is available. The booking procedure remains unchanged, through the toll-free number and specifying the request of the Smart Working Room instead of the stay.

The reservation is subject to availability.
Cancellation must be made 7 days before arrival; otherwise, the Cadeau will be cancelled and will no longer be valid.
The stay with the Cadeau is guaranteed only for bookings made through the Best Western toll-free number and providing the codes indicated on the Voucher.
Extras and city taxes in some cities are not included: the hotel will charge these fees upon departure, according to legal provisions.
